Automation of HEMT Characterization

Project Description

The on-wafer characterization of a larger number of transistors gives information on the yield as well as important hints on the uniformity of the process. The manual measurement of several hundred devices is not feasible and an automation of the probing and characterization is required. The goal of the project is develop an automated probing and characterization as well as a series of criteria to sort out bad devices.
