Vision and Aim

Currently, the activity of the group is focused on the design, fabrication and characterization of high-performance Heterojunction Bipolar Transistors (HBT), High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMT) and Uni-Travelling-Carrier Photodiodes (UTC).
