Prof. Bolognesi speaks on Advances in InP HBTs at the 50th Solid State Devices and Materials Conference in Japan

With its 50th annual conference being held in 2018, the Solid State Devices and Materials Conference (SSDM) is one of the most reputable international conferences regarding science and technology in devices and materials. SSDM covers a wide spectrum of topics related to solid state devices and materials.

Key researchers were invited from all over the world, including contributions from both industry and academia. A special issue of the Japanese Journal of Applied Physics (JJAP) focusing on this conference has been published.
