ETH Medal awarded to Dr. T. Saranovac
Dr. Tamara Saranovac from the Millimeter-Wave Electronics Laboratory awarded ETH Medal for his doctoral work on InP HEMTs.
Each year, ETH Zurich honours outstanding doctoral theses with a Silver Medal and a financial award. ETH Medals will be presented at the doctoral graduation ceremony on 17 January 2020. Congratulations to the medalist!
