Dr. Tamara Popovic

Brief Biography:

Tamara Saranovac was born in Belgrade, Serbia on May 30^th, 1987. She received the BSc and MSc degrees in electrical engineering from Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade and EPFL Switzerland in 2010 and 2012, respectively. She joined Millimeterwave-​​Electronics Group at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich) in 2012 and obtained her PhD degree in 2020 under supervision of Prof. Dr. Colombo Bolognesi. She is currently a senior researcher in the group and her research includes the design, process development, fabrication and characterization of InP high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) for radio astronomy low noise-receivers.
