Fran Kostelac

Brief Biography:

Fran Kostelac was born in Zagreb, Croatia on September 13th, 1996. He received the BSs and MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering from Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb in 2018 and 2021, respectively. He joined the Millimeter-Wave ​​​Electronics Group at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich) in September of 2021 under the supervision of Prof. Colombo Bolognesi at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zürich). At present, his research focus is on processing and optimization of InP High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs) and designing new generation of Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs).
